Nicole Travis is passionate about listening to her clients wants and needs to help them find the perfect home to buy. As a former Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, she says that her experience in the commissioned and goal driven sales business of retail has taught her that communication throughout the process is the key to success with her buyers, sellers and lease clients. As Nicole has built her business through marketing and referrals from her past clients, she will promise to provide superior service with attention to detail. Nicole primarily focuses her business on the Cypress, Tomball, Katy and Northwest Houston area. Nicole also offers her sellers an extra bonus, she has a real talent for "staging" the home and offering tips and solutions to show the listings in their best light to make them more marketable. She has earned the professional designation as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). Through this coursework, Nicole's talents were fine-tuned and she learned how to better position the properties to compete in today's market. - Memberships: Houston Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors - Personal Memberships: ABWA – CyFair Express Network, Nicole has held several positions on the board of directors, including VP of Finance, President Elect, President in 2016 and Past President in 2017. - Nicole was awarded the Federation of Houston Professional Women, Women of Excellence in 2017 for her continued commitment to the community. She has also been named of Woman of the Year in 2017 and in 2019 through the ABWA - CyFair Express Network League. - Nicole is the Treasurer for the Charitable Organization, Shots for Holly. Nicole and her husband moved here to Houston in 2003. Nicole enjoys her family time with her husband and daughter, whether it is swimming, playing golf or watching the Houston Texans.
